The World Bank has offered a 3 billion dollars line of credit to Peru, backing President Ollanta Humala's plans for anti-poverty initiatives and sustained economic growth, a regional vice president said this week. Read full article

    I guess that Lula is protected by the encrypted records of Dantas, that fellow North Eastern.
    These will be broken in time, when the politics are right and the US cryptography weight can address the Brasilian corruption issue.

    Meanwhile, Humala seems to have deserted the far left for a more pragmatic position - hence the World Bank support.

    Similar like mr Lula, who you by the way like to portraid as a corrupt president, but again, your ideology stands in your way.

    These will be broken in time, when the politics are right and the US cryptography weight can address the Brasilian corruption issue.

    That already happened and in the Brazil they failed to crack it. In the US they also failed. Let's see and wait till they try again, but so far he's innocent until proven guilty. And for the record here, I'm not for Dantas nor anything against him.
