Jesus Christ, if you were thinking of a way to turn people off of the environmental message, you could not dream up better than this”:-)))

I'm very sure Marcos. If our county didn't like our Monarch we would be a republic. We aren't. :)

The envy and jealously just pours from the both of you,
Once again we have something to be proud of, and next years jubilee and the Falklands celebrations, will light the world, and Argentina is not invited,
Our royalty makes your leader look like a baby doll,
The difference between real money and plastic .

Our leader was reelected with 54% of the vote, that's the big difference.

The monarch isn't our “leader”. But you already know this, and are just trolling. I'll leave you to it.

Andy did a good job dont you think Marcos?

Sub Lieutenant HRH The Prince Andrew, HMS Invincible
On 5 April, the aircraft carrier HMS Invincible left Portsmouth for the South Atlantic. Prince Andrew was the second pilot of a Sea King helicopter of 820 Squadron on Invincible. He flew on various missions including anti-submarine operations, as well as acting as an Exocet missile decoy. Prince Andrew also helped in casualty evacuation, search and air rescue and transport. When Invincible returned to Portsmouth his parents, HM The Queen and HRH Prince Philip, joined other naval families to welcome the aircraft carrier home.

Right, zethe (10) and Marcos (9) go back to school. The other “big difference” you haven't mentioned is the over 80,000 police on duty to see that democracy ran smoothly.
“The 16 countries that have the Queen as their monarch...” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commonwealth_of_Nations
Someone is probably being disingenuous, or doesn't, or cannot, research at all well.

I understood that the 54 Countries of the Commonwealth all had to to agree to it, since the British Monarchy leads that organisation by royal succession.

What exactly am i going back to school to learn? I think you're confused here. Me and Marcos are of differing opinions.

Are you saying that those 80,000 police ”force” us into supporting the queen? Or are do you agree that we(the British public) like our queen?

I think you're a bit confused. I support our Monarch, as my first post made clear.

“I understood that the 54 Countries of the Commonwealth all had to to agree to it, since the British Monarchy leads that organisation by royal succession.”

They did all agree to it, yes. And the queen has supposedly supported it. But it's not by royal succession. Although it may likely be the next king who leads the Commonwealth. It's not set in stone.

The monarch isn't our “leader”. But you already know this, and are just trolling. I'll leave you to it.

Wrong. You are an ill misinformed PEASANT. Just like in Holland, the queen is not only the head of state, she has direct and indirect power “IF” she disagree with a certain rule or decision, though she can, if they want in the parlement, block her. Greatest example is in the UK, is, she can shut down certain streets when she wants to maintain the trees or whatever excuse. In Canada, she even shut down the government when there was a problem with the Stephan Harper administration. It was a big deal in Canada, but quick they shut that rumor down. Canadians did always believed that they are “free”

Marcos, they love the queen, those blowhards here who type so great about their queen love it that their queen is above them. What a lovely tradition. Best quote i've ever read about the queen of the UK was twhen she was asked what system she represent. Answer: “I represent a system that was way before capitalism and socialism.”
meaning: Feudalism. As you can read here some comments..They love it. Finally, after so many rumors or bunked as fairy tale stories, there has now been admitted to the public that the royal family has indeed it's roots not directly from Germany (more indirect compare to the Dutch royal family..though you can still say, it's one big happy direct/indirect family with titles) but also from Vlad the Impaler (Vlad Dracula). That's very interesting since there was (and still is) “madness” in their genes.

I know the rules, Fido. I am not ill informed. Yes she has rules that she could abuse if she wanted to but a. She doesn't and b. Parliment could stop her.

And yes, we like our queen. It was never a secret that the royals were of German roots... and, we don't care.

    :)

We live and learn; education is or should be a continuous process . Uncomfortable though that is sometimes.
But concerning you, Marcos, you should go back to school; take History, not the false kind, but with warts and all.
