The Cuban government will begin contracting out some services to the private sector next year in a break from the state-dominated past aimed at helping small business develop, government insiders said on Monday. Read full article

Very clever those red Cubans....It takes just 52 years a ten of thousens killed to realise that the comunism is a myth, good only to fill the party leader's pockets while the remaining people in the country is living without freedom & rights and hungry.
