They aren't bailing them (Europe) out, through the IMF they (BRICS) are positioning themself to gain more access to buy hard assets. Europe is for sale, thanks to the technocrats.
It’s not the actual power that is of concern,
Its what the government of that power, that is the concern, will they use it for prosperity,
Or as a power base to control vast areas,
Brazil has a very pushy neighbour, that would stop at nothing to access some of that power,
Just a thought .
