China will attempt to counterbalance the drop in exports to the European Union and the United States concentrating in emerging markets such as Latin America and Asia, said on Wednesday Wang Shouwen, head of International Trade from the Beijing Ministry of Trade. Read full article

So China is looking at LATAM to increase trade. In what? More rubbish which fails to perform to expectations, and in reality, no one needs.
There are some good Chinese manufacturers but you need to keep your eyes open in my experience.
