This is a political 'full-relations' rather than an economic 'full-relations' - pulling in the overt Bolivarian minnows and Venezuela. These are the most susceptible to selling their body and soul to the opposition - China.

An economic 'full-relations' is obviously best done with (i) Brasil and (ii) Chile, and then (iii) all the rest.

This will be *real* economic/politik, because this is developing relations with the Continental 'big boys', and will counter the Chavezism of 'Son of OAS'.
