3@ WRONG.....!!!! It´s a very important matter for world peace......It´s necessary just 2 fingers of forehead to understand it and high discipline to respect it......no all countries have those capabilities, of course.....and over our neighborhood we have a lot of bad experiences.....from our independence claims to these days.....specially when there are some populist Gvts.
