2 - Well there is some shale gas drilling not far away but not petrol station for 3 miles. I guess that the Jag might be getting filled up with FI petroleum in the coming years. Hmmm, I can just hear the purring of the engine now :-)

Got to go a drive somewhere.

Jaguars engines are trash , they fail in comparison to bmw, benz, and yes even honda
Jags are high up the ladder in england, but in terms of actually quality and performance they can not even comapre to bmw. the s-type jaguar was a piece of shit, tranny was junk and engine is horrible.

Without mineral resources are the Malvinas poorer or is it that their occupation is less attractive to the UK.The occupation is getting highly unstable isn't it if depends on resources rather than the people.

Marcos - each to their own but I am looking forward to trading up from the XF to the XJ. Pure class yummy. There is a reason we call BMWs condom cars, something to do with always having a dock in them.

Yul - next time you decide to talk out of your rectum then let us know in advance so we can cover our noses. The occupation was defeated in 1982. What year are you living in?

The falklands Islands have never been about oil for the uk. We wont benefit from any oil exploration. The interesting thing is that Argentina has been quiet for a number of years only firing up and starting to moan when oil was found like a spoilt child. Nobody ever comments on the articles, maybe because they dont like the truth. We cant give the islands back to Argentina as they never owned them!!. They did not exist as a country when uk claimed them. The islands site a 400 miles (correct if wrong) hardly nearby. Them claiming them and wanting to impose their way of live on the inhabitants is itself acting as a colonial power. We did in fact have a join agreement to drill for oil with argentina although they left the agreement a couple of years ago, I suppose that wouldn't serve any purpose in the domestic political circus in the argentine. Nice to hear that the other three countries argentina said support them have no intention if starting an economic blockade.

“Argentina has been quiet for a number of years”
    ?????
Maybe the media didn´t make you listen to it, but Arg kept renewing its claims in all international forums as usual.

“Claiming them and wanting to impose their way of live on the inhabitants is itself acting as a colonial power”.
Wrong, wrong, wrong. The idea of Argentina trying to make the islands a “colony” is just an excuse like the “determination to respect self determination”. Argentina considers Malvinas part of its national territory... that means not a colony, but part of it just like any other Province.

I know all about what Europeans call other Europeans. It is good natured and in good spirits.

I like Tata, great company and make wise investments. Good man at the top as well. I am glad that when I buy a Jag that the parent company spend some of it's profits on social development. Having been to India a number of times I have many Indian friends and am investing in a lot of UK listed firms operating in India. This helps another country out and I get a return on my investment.

This is why I avoid investing in Argentina. If the economy starts to unravel then you lot simply blame foreigners and make everything worse by nationalizing companies.

Guess it will be new luxury 4x4s for everyone in the FI soon.

Islas - you haven't been quiet. We have just been ignoring you as it is so easy. Things will not change regardless of how much talking and shouting you continue to do. You are unable and unwilling to do anything meaningful.

Argentina considers ..... Oo so you are considering things now. Excuse me while I go and shit myself :-)

All this oil, and Argentina is as thirsty as ever ,
Whatever is found is the islanders ,
And Argentina can just sit on the shore and drool, at the incompetent failure of its government, who rather that work with them, has totally destroyed the islanders trust in Argentina,
The best thing CFK can do, is take care of her own problems and leave the Falklands alone .

unfortunately for the rest of us,you'll still be full of it when you get back to us.
A good man doesn't necessarily build good cars.Neither does it mean you are special.
The production of oil and gas won't make you wealthy, most of the money will end up in the financial capital of the world. You will just suffer the arrival of more of your countrymen. So why are you so up for it.Is it because you long for the old empire days(now gone for ever) when you robbed countries you occupied of their resources.
Yes señor there will always be plenty of the stuff you are now removing. But you are fascinated by that opening of the human body, arent you?

13 - You cant have it both ways , Argentines claiming the islands not acting like a colonial power. Our media is free unlike your recent legislation by your boss to control the media (you probably wont be able to read that)Fact 1/ Its not Argentine territory 2/ Your country didnt exist...say it again exist when UK first settled islands.(how can you claim a territory if you didnt exist when it was first settled 3/ Your own country / land in turn was stolen from a native population. You mention self determination, thats exactly the point the Islanders want to remain part of UK ..end of story. The UN will always support self determination of the Islanders. Stop moaning there is plenty of oil under your own territory so stop trying to steal the islanders oil.

WEL WELL WELL, SEEMS LIKE THE WORLD HAS FINALLY FOUND , WITTY AND INTELLIGENT “PEOPLE” (IF YOU WANT TO SAY...) THAT IS READY TO RULE AND TAKE OVER THE WORLD. WHY IS IT THAT YOU, FIRST WORLD PEOPLE (AGAIN...) DO NOT POSTULATE TO BE (AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, PLEASE) PRESIDENTS, PRIME MINISTERS or EVEN KING AND QUEENS THUS TO FINISH WITH ALL POLITICAL ARGUMENTS, AND STUPIDITY.
THE ONES WHO THINKS THE HAV “PETROL”GOLD IN THEIR HANDS, ARE JUST A BAND OF GREEDY ASSHOLES. THEY ARE VERY MUCH USE TO STEALING “LITTLE THINGS” FROM OTHERS. ISNT IT ENOUGH SHIT WHAT THEYVE DONE TRYING TO CONTROL AFRICA??? SEE WHAT THEY HAVE DONE WITH PALESTINIAN AND ISRAELIAN COUTRIES AND PEOPLE..........THE ARGIES (JUST IN CASE SOMEONE HAS NO IDEA ABOUT) THE WORLD LIKEIT OR NOT, SWIM IN PETROL AND GAS STATION. IN FACT, SEARCH FOR SOME INFORMATION ABOUT THE MANY DIFFERENT CONTRIES ´GOVERNMENT THAT HAVE THEIR “PETROL BUSSNS” IN ARGENTINA. THEY DON T PAY A PENY FOR ENERGY COZ THEY USE WIND POWER BLA BLA FOR IT; THEY DON T PAY ILLIONS FOR PETROL THAT THEY HAVE IN HEIR BACKGROUND. FOREIGN CONUTRIES ARE CLAMERING TO DO BUSSNSS IN THAT COUNTRY. HHHHHHAAA , YOU D BETTER DEVELOPE ND MAKE A DEEP INVESTIGATION ON THE MATTERS... OR BETTER TO SAY, ASK FOR EXPLANATONS TO YOUR OWN COUNTRIES BSNSS AFFAIRS. ASK oBAMA WHATHE REALLY THINKS OF CFK.... THAT WOMAN IS NOT WHAT YOU ARE USED TO CALL A “WOMAN” , “IRON WOMAN”.... THERE AREMANY THINGS ABOUT HER THAT U SIMPLY DON T KNOW. SHE IS NOT HUMAN AT ALL. SHE IS MUCH MORE THAN THAT. ( AND DONT BE SILLY TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT HER SURGERIES... ”LADY CAMILA P. :)) WOULD LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE TO HAVE THAT AMOUNT OF PLASTIC IN HER FACE AND... THAT SO MUCH SHE NEEDS IT, AND I WON´T PARTICULARLY GO FURTHER IN THAT SUBJECT.

ABOUT THE PETROL STATION, GO FOR THE OPPORTUNITY BEFORE IT´S TOO LATE. ABOUT THE ISLANDERS, THEY D BETTER START SWIMMING TO ANY PORT IN ENGLAND. ABOUT ENGLAND, STOP USING PEOPLE NO MATTER THEIR NATINALITIES, JUST STOP STEALING FROM THEIR POCKETS.

@ 32 here it goes again, the problems are always other people's fault! Argentina can swim in a sea of gold, and will always be what it is, chaos, poverty, falsehood, resentment, failures. It will never change because we're ruled by the most obnoxious type of people in the world. Ruled by decree like we have a Democracy, what a joke.
