I have not changed my prediction that I made three months ago (12 months max): he now has nine months.

The chemo has been exhausted and failed. By the look of his flushed and heavy jowled face hes has been on steroids which is always the last chance at supercharging the immune system. That has failed.

Regrettably, I have seen all this before. We will soon see.

If he thought anything of his family he should resign now and spend as much time with them before he regrets it.

If he wasn't so anti-western he could probably go to America and get the life saving surgery he needs. Instead he has to go to Cuba - lets face it he's doomed.
