I am sure that his panel of international doctors are telling him this story to keep him focussed to get better.

I still stand by my 12 month to live forcast, made 3 months ago.

Sadly, I have seen this a number of times and know the signs: he has been on steroids since the last surgery in an attempt to boost the immune system. This is why his face has ballooned and he has put wieght on.

This latest attempt at radiography in a very difficult part of the body has not got a good track record of success. I still think he should resign and spend what time he has left with his family.

@2 It's bad form to wish people death, in particular, cancer.

@4 He knows he is dying, his family knows it and his personal doctor admitted it before fleeing the country. The man should spend his last months with his family but I suspect he cannot let go of the power he craves so much.

Hard to have any sort of sympathy for this bloke unfortunately, which is an unfortunate thing to say about a fellow human being.

Cancer is a horrible disease but why oh why did this bloke have to be such a cretin? Was there any real need for him to go on like he did?
