What he is saying is that CFKC does not have a clue how to run the country. But, to be fair, she was never meant to make any decisions. She was told what to do by Nestor and then he was supposed to be President again. No one expected a mentally unbalanced person to be running the country according to her manic cycles.

You are pathetically ignorant of all things Argentinean……

Cristina was elected, for the first time, to the Santa Cruz Provincial Legislature in 1989 and re-elected in 1993.

In 1995 she was elected to represent Santa Cruz in the Argentinean Senate.

She was subsequently elected to the Argentinean Chamber of Deputies in 1997, and in 2001, she was re-elected to the Senate.

When Cristina helped with her husband's successful campaign for the presidency in 2003 she was accused by the opposition of being Nestor Kirchner’s Puppeteer.

As we all know, she was elected President in 2007 and re-elected in 2011.

All in all;....25 years of successful political career, running parallel or above her husband’s, Nestor Kirchner.

Elaine, do your homework instead of always embarrassing yourself………

Churchill suffered from bouts of depression (he called it the Black Dog) which is not the same as being bi-polar. Not all mental illness is the same.

My Argentine friends told me that CFKC's children begged her not to run again for President. They know how sick she is. Mental illness is a serious issue but I think that CFKC is completely out of her depth. She never had to make a decision with her husband running the show and now she is just not capable. The evidence is there for all to see,; save for the fanatics.

Well, you said that get your facts from a horse...

Raisa's adventures with ElaineB, David Cameron, the Metropoitan
    police
    by Raisa the horse

I remember vividly the moment, in 2008, when I first stepped out of the horsebox in Chipping Norton and came face to face with my new owner Elaine. What a shock!. That must really be a nightmare.
I also remember the moment when I realised I had that Mr Cameron in the saddle on my back. It was approximately 10.34 and I was proceeding in a westerly direction along a bridle path in Oxfordshire. (That’s the way we used to put it when I was in the Mounted Division of the Met.) The birds were singing in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace and the flies were gathering in a disorderly assembly round my face.
Following information received in the stable that night, I had reason to believe that this Dave was, in fact, the alias of a certain Mr Cameron who earned a living as leader of an organisation known as the Conservative Party. Unusually for an equine mammal, I happen to be a bit Left-wing, so you can imagine that I was not entirely delighted by the idea of having a Tory on my back, digging his spurs into my side and telling me to gee up.

It is quite possible for certain politicos or even intel apparatchicks up to and including the top person to not know what is going on and only respond at a level set by the extent Monarch Programming has penetrated a nation. Even the epithet “Mengele reporting” is an ironic misnoma, because Monarch Programming was devised using Mengele's trauma box of tricks from WW2. Have a look at the research and observations co-located at http://web.mac.com/beachhutman. If you do not believe the link between Mengele and modern governments becoming clueless now, you probably will

Cristina Fernández de Kirchner the current disaster president of Argentina
and the other Argentina crooks are her vice-president, Amado Boudou, he is actually an owner of the company that prints money for the government in Argentina, a major conflict of interest, but he denies it, he owns the company in the names of other friends and associates. He is being investigated and surely will end up in jail where he belongs. Cristinas 2 VERY UGLY children, Maximo and Florencia Kirchner, are also very corrupt. Maximo owns all kinds of hotels and properties adn Florencia is a film student in New York and lives in a luxury Park Avenue apartment and is known for major cocaine use. Some of us who know her in New York remember how she always used to tell us how her parents have a bank account drawn on the Nation of Argentina and for her family money is no object. These 2 corrupt children of Cristina Kirchner are self proclaimed “militants”, they belong to 2 internal terrorist groups which Cristina Kirchner finances, “La Cámpora” and “Quebracho”. “La Cámpora” goes around to the poor shantytowns around the cities in Argentina and gives the poor people a bag of groceries, a sausage sandwich called “choripan” and $20 pesos to buy their votes. These people have no choice but to accept this as they are extremely poor and have no other hope. “Quebracho” is a terrorist group which Cristina Kirchner pays to protect her, they disguise their faces and go around shaking down businesses to get money and give back to the president. They are also responsible for drug dealing, robberies and murders.
