    It´s the first good move that the uruguayans can do. Also I´m sure it will increase trade with other countries like the ones of the Pacific. Good first step for Uruguay.

    It is important to remember that “Free Trade” agreements with the United States always favor the US! The US “free trade” system functions just like the heroin trade: get you hooked on the cheap stuff, and then stick it to you when you're addicted.

    This is a bad move for any country. Uruguay should back away as fast as she can run.
