@4 No. This says it's a portal for South Atlantic and South American news, not news about the North Atlantic.

However, if you wait around, some of the usual Le Camping Gimps will be sure to provide a link to that Iranian 'Argentina is our BFF' News Channel.

Those Le Camping Gimps love putting links to things which aren't about Argentina because redirection is all their petty little minds can muster.

Not a great choice for the podium backdrop there. Can you imagine anything more hideous than a gigantic blown-up version of Turkeyneck's face gurning down at you?

Don't be silly. Mercopress has a portal for international news, among which British, and to some extent EU, news figure prominently. No one who's been here for more than two months doubts that Mercopress has the British as its target audience. How else can someone explain that there are more news about the Falkland Islands than about Brazil?

As for PressTV, if you have a problem with it, but you know that if I want to, I can bring on here many British sources on this little scandal. Since Mercopress releases a lot of pieces about Britain and corruption, I have to wonder why is it ignoring the issue of British corruption.

@11 Le Camping Rule 2.3.44 “Rather than discussing the topic at hand, attempt to divert the conversation onto topics about the UK, or some other good country”

Can you Le Camping Gimps be any less predictable? Seriously?

PressTV is just drivelish propaganda out of the mouth of the Iranian government. It's not even technically news, just people sat on the tv ranting about nonsense. I guess the reason that Argentinians love PressTV so much is because like Argentinian men like grooming very young girls, Iranians like it too. Last statistic from Iran was that 24,506 girls were married under the age of 14, and many many more under 16.

Ayatollah Khomeini, the spiritual ruler of Iran and PressTV, actually wrote a book of sayings called ‘Tahrir al Wasilah’, where he clearly states that a man can even have sex with a baby, if he so chooses.

So I can see why Argentinians love watching PressTV so much, and why they are best friends with Iran. It's because they share a similar value system.

Is KFC's plastic surgery 'beauty' regime paid for by the Argentine tax payer, or does she pay herself from the millions she's erm... 'earned'?

I'm not Argentinian, genius - I have no personal need to detract attention from Argentina's own scandals. I'm on here because I am genuinely curious as to Mercopress's non-coverage of the most recent crises within the Cameron administration, even though it doesn't shy away either from covering other UK politics issues and South America's scandals. And I don't love PressTV either. The reason I posted a PressTV link above was because it was the first one the popped up on the search engine. But as said before, I can easily find tons of links from Britain's own mainstream outlets regarding the most recent scandals.

    E.g.,
    http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2012/mar/28/labour-inquiry-no10-dinner-donors

And btw, the Cameron administration trying to fan the flames of fuel supply panic - embarassing! I would expect that only from your average banana republic.

In any event, you have to be retarded to think that you can remedy the situation by hurling random insults against Iran just after you reproached me for discussing UK affairs on a piece about Argentina.

And btw, why do you keep saying Argentina and Iran are best friends? Of the pink wave countries of South America, Argentina is the only one not to have warmed up to Iran in the latest years. Argentinians still demand collaboration from Iran regarding the 1994 attack a Buenos Aires Jewish center. There's no love lost between Iran and Argentina. Have you just arrived from an alternate universe or something, or are you just painfully stupid?

@14 Maximo's Le Camping Rule-book 5.34.33 “Lie and tell people you're not Argentinian”

The fact is, you are Argentinian. Argentina is aligned with North Korea, Iraq and Venezuela because of their shared values. British news is on plenty of other news portals, but this one is typically about the South Atlantic.

You're just another Le Camping Gimp trying to take the comments off-topic and for that you are neither a scholar nor a gentleman.

Is that your reaction to facts? Voluntary blindness to evidence and mindless spouting of talking points? British education is really in shambles, isn't it?
