Morales said: “How is it possible that Cuba is not present in the Summit of the Americas? What sort of integration are we talking about if we are excluding Cuba?”

Same kind of integration you get by excluding the Falkland Islanders, their opinions or even their very right to existence and choose their own future, Mr Hypocrisy Morales.

With this level of utter nonsense from South Nonsense America, I don't blame the Yanks for wanting to take some R&R.

The 31 head of States should foreseen that the VI summit could never be succesful as expected, because (i) Cuba and the USA is a bilateral matter, while (ii) Argentina and the British is a nother bilateral matter as well, meaning that 24 hours of deliberation is not the answer to each old and complex problem.
Thus, the 32 head of States accomplish nothing. They spent their peoples money and time.
Main issues as poverty and unemployment reduction , expand potable water, increase affordable education , better health care system and decline child labor practices were not even considered, when all those social issues are the corrosion in all South American Countries.
Most head of states do not rationalize much worse to admit the core problems that are in existence in their own countries for over 300 years, and the only way out is to develop mental capacity to its citizens to create new techologies leading to new inventions and becoming self-sufficient country making big change from consumer to exporter society.
I hope I get an invitation to the very nexr Summit.

The same economic crisis is in the US. The indian reservations wants more health care, more education, more housing, more transportation, affordable housing and lower food prices. The 12 millons illegal immigrants are found sleeping on the streets and public parks. These homeless people use the street for their daily relief. An example, the State of Nevada has 9,000 homeless people. Most of them are drug and alcohol addicts.
The US has a 15 trillon dollar deficit the largest in history. Food prices and gasoline keeps personal bunkruptcy and foreclosure keeps increasing There are 24 millons unemployed, 46 millons on food stamps and 26 millons living below poverty level. Obama economic plans don't help to much, he is known as the “food stamps” US President. And now that secret service scandal! Any suggestions when the US will pay the 15 trillon debt?

Well, all the context of your comments are wrong.
The indias. They are the real Americans. They do not pay any taxes at all, because they do not want to be considered as part of our society, in fact thet have their on land occupation and system for living.Something like the Amish are.
Illegal Immigrants. The total number of illegals in the country is estimated over 20 million. Although, in our planet there is not a perfect system, the USA sytem is the best in the world, being the reason why people from all over the world come to reside in the USA, that is legally and illegally.
Illegal immigrants are owners of all kind of business and do not pay income taxes, to the contrary, they represent extra expenses to the State and to the Government, because they get at no cost medical and rent assistances. They get free foof stamps and welfare as well.
They register their childern in public schools, which generates extra number of teachers, extra amout of food, extra security systems and extra school buses, extra hospitals and police units creating a social and financial phenomenon leading to operate under budget conditions at State and Government levels.
Besides, it is estimated that all 32 countries in South America, receive from the USA as remittances over 250 Billion Dollars per year, money that stimulates their local economies at no cost, while we have to print our currency contributing to its devaluation.
The deficit is payable. We should charge $ 100,000 for each illegal immigrant to the country the illegal immmigtant is from.
Jail and unemployed numbers increase, because most contribuyents are fom South American countries. They came to destroy the country (trade and consumption of drugs) and not to construct it as the immigrants of the 30's - 60's were.

You cannot receive an “invitation” for the next summit with your nonsense comments.
Your suggestion on how to pay the US national deficit is simply absurd!
Most of the illegal immigrants are from Mexico crossing the US border. Only a small amount comes from Central America.
US National Debt Clock stated the national debt has continued to increase an average of 4.billon a day! Borrowing monies from foreign countries to keep the US afloat is not the best solution.
