    Take two Anglo-saxon heritaged logical hard-working people who dislike corruption and like transparency, and then put them in a room with some iberian heritaged illogical lazy people who love corruption and dislike transparency and ask them to come to a concensus on any issue is simply MADNESS! IT'S MADNESS I TELL THEE.

    @3 Is it the sourness that makes you lazy or the laziness that makes you sour? I cannot say this in Spanish, because let's face it, I'm not poor.

    If you can't get everyone at the OAS(-) summit to make a declaration, why not do one of your own.....

    @5 Apparently calling me Islamic is supposed to upset me. I don't understand why though, as it's just different strokes for different folks.

    @6 You can almost hear Argsoc ministry of truth cogs grinding together in order to spin this to turn her frown upside down.

    I'd like to think that Think was called into the office to help draft her speech. He can usually be relied on to shamelessly distort reality.

    Let's see if we can judge which ones from the style. Of course, she may be resigning or declaring war in which case I'd suspect infiltration by some of our own compatriots.

    Santos final Summit declaration in English misidentifies the Falkland Islands as the “Malvinas Islands”:
    “On the issue of the Malvinas Islands, all the participants in the Summit have set out their positions of consensus in declarations issued by the Organization of American States. On this occasion, the discussions took place without modifying those decisions and the vast majority of countries called for a peaceful settlement to this dispute.”

    For Canada's Harper, not so hard to reject the Latino clamouring about the Falklands, Cuba or drugs, but for Obama, Cuba and drugs are easy to reject but not so easy the Falklands. US is now got fourth-largest Latin-American population, and while the Miami-based Cuban-Americans would support Obama on Cuba and drugs, they tend to go with Argentina on Falklands. Obama is in full WWRD (What Would Romney Do) mode and trying to figure out how to reduce the political blow-back from Republicans. Rejecting the Cuba, Drugs, Falklands resolutions allows Obama's administration and Hilary Clinton to muck about with the quieter stuff down in the “Physical Infrastructure” and Security sections.

    @GreekYoghurt

    Mr. Mohammed you say “I cannot say this in Spanish, because let's face it, I'm not poor.”

    I say: You are intellectually poor Mr. Mohammed and there is not money that can solve your problem, I’m afraid.

    @ toooldtodieyoung
