What was really communicated I can be certain was in less of a friendlier tone: Brazilian exports to Argentina plunged 23% in April as a result of Argentina not honoring the Mercosur treaty. If I was Brazil, I'd want the mad cow's udder cut off...
Argentina just banned ham from Italy and Spain...how desperate are these crazies?
