    4 What democracy? LOL
The German Queen...sorry British, wearing her expensive crown full of jewels in the 21ST century. The common Brit... misery and poverty.

Having been to the tower and seen most of the jewels etc i must say most of it has been handed down for generations. You can't really give out about expensive items when they were bought/given centuries ago. Oh and she looks like a true monarch not a wannabe queen like kfc.

@7 And there you have it. The crown jewels are just that; they belong to the crown and are passed from generation to generation as part of the symbolism of the Head of State. The Queen can't sell them on ebay.

Articles like these reflect the type of interests that Mercopress defends, WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH SOUTH ATLANTIC NEWS (slogan of Mercopressure)??

Ah yeah, I forgot that there is still a part of Argentina that is colonized... this is why we still see news about northern conquerors in here...

A proper dignified head of state loved by the Commonwealth of nations in contrast to CFK loathed by a Commonwealth of nations.

Yes most of it - the natives of South America are second class citizens on their own land - except in the Falklands where the penguins seem quite happy.

Compare the dignity with which the UK government conducts its daily business to the Argentine congress , where members turn up in YPF t-shirts and have banners hanging everywhere...Looks more like a student demonstration than the legislative chamber of a G20 country .

Not a coincidence that so many of the highest-ranking countries on the UN Human Development Index as well as other indexes such as Corruption Perception Index, Press Freedom index, etc, happen to be constitutional monarchies.

Where is war criminal Tony Blair hiding all his millions?
Tony Blair made £12m in 2011 from dictators, despots and merchant bankers, but why is he so secretive about where he gets his money?
In office, he was “successful” prime minister. Out of it, he appears to be doing even better.
    PM Cameron next..

@11: “Yes most of it - the natives of South America are second class citizens on their own land - except in the Falklands where the penguins seem quite happy.”

I wouldn't like people not to live happy wherever they live, wherever they come from. You are right that the natives in Sputhamerica are many times 2nd class coticenz, but not thanks to the latest Argentine Governments we've had, but because Argentina was almost a British colony after its independence from Spain. Because the people governing Argentina in the past were always implementing social structures that had to do more with Europe than with locals.

Canada and Australia have even complaint because o all the investments that the UK was doing in Argentina around the 1900s

And let me tell you that the natives inclution in society is not a Southamerican problem (Argentina is not a country with a great native population compared to Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, Mexico, anuway). It was a problem in Northamerica, Australia, New Zealand and all the places that have been called “The New World” for those who hided that there was nothing new there, and that the land they seized belonged to somebody already.

And the natives you are talking about ARE NOT OK WITH THE BRITISH MILITARY PRESENCE IN HERE.

I can also say that in Argentina gays and travestis are not second class cotizens, in the UK and Malvinas they are nowadays.

Well, people in the islands can't even choose their Governor, and the one they have today is related to that obscure “preventive” Irak war; so...

Yeah yoi forgot that the islanders at the Malvinas is not a native population, most of them are part of a population implanted by the British colonizers”

@3 Slight difference. CFK is a greedy, grasping slag. Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II isn't. She is a very gracious and considerate lady. I doubt CFK even understands the concept of being a lady. Get the difference?
@5 Jealousy. Bet you wish you had a proper country!
@10 Be grateful. You are being shown the customs, traditions and personification of a proper country. You “may” achieve a similar state in five or six hundred years provided you are willing to learn from your betters. seems a bit unlikely, but you could hope.
@13 You don't like that? Try “spoils” then. Legitimate and legal. Unlike the illegitimate, illegal and barbaric actions of argie “colonists”. How does it feel to have so much innocent blood on your hands? Drip, drip, drip. Pools, lakes, seas of indigenous blood. Blood that YOU are personally responsible for. You condone it. You're responsible, MURDERER!
@17 But you have more than 41 million war criminals! Everyone that supported/rejoiced at the Falklands invasion IS a war criminal. Everyone that supports the same attitude toward the Falkland Islands is a war criminal. Argie war criminals need to step forward to be executed.
@19 Comment from a desperate argie war criminal. “I don't want to die.” Shouldn't have been born an argie. Why do you have such a problem with being annihilated. You've handed it out. Learn how to take it. If you can't take it, you shouldn't exist.
@21 And argieland is full of indigenous people? Argieland is full of genocides. Of course queers and transexuals are OK in argieland. How can you deny the majority of the population?
