We all know they will convert these contracts to Pesos eventually. It will be that or simply default on the repayments.

They should pay back the IMF debts in pesos; if they're going to have inflation, they might as well use it =) (Please note I'm being facetious)

Wean us of dollars oh that would be called the ban on anyone buying dollars even those who require them to meet fincial obligations. There is only one reason to nationilse the currency, to prevent the money leaving the country before the currency crashes and becomes worthless. If any Argentines diagree then I would be more than happy to sell you my pesos for dollars. Any takers? no, didnt think so.

This is the way for the gov't to stem the panic in advance of a massive peso devaluation. Mind you it won't work there will be hyper inflation anyway but these CFK boobs think it will. They have destroyed the economy and it is just a matter of time before it implodes.
