    Let us hope that China does confirm their interest with a solid proposal to build the deep sea port before the end of the year.

    Once the proposal is recived by Uruguay I would imagine things can get going from there fairly quickly.

    Let us hope that The Mad Bitch of Argentina does not try to bollocks this one up for Uruguay.

    They will try there damnedest to stop this, ever since it existed Argentina has tried to control the river plate, and therefore what goes through it and to whom.

    If they build this the river plate would take a big, BA port with it.

    And they lose their strangle hold.
