I particularly enjoyed the photo of HMS Edinburgh passing through Patagonian Canal en route to Valparaiso, although I thought the ports of South America were closed to Pirate warmongers?

The UNASUR statement was in March, 2012, but the passage by HMS Edinburgh was in October 2011.
Pirate warmongers lable might apply more accurately to any South American country than to Britain according to 2012 Global Peace Index where Britain ranks #29, but Argentina only manages a less-peaceful GPI rank of #44.
