Sounds like China is trying to pull an argie. If China made commitments when it joined the WTO on 11 December 2001, it must be obliged to comply with those commitments. Failure to result in the sanction of no other WTO member trading with them. If another WTO member does trade, they should also be sanctioned. Thus argieland will know what's coming. Possibly an inability to trade anywhere outside the lawless LatAm.
