Uruguayan president Jose Mujica and his peer Dilma Rousseff signed in Brasilia a bilateral agreement to promote the free circulation of goods and services and the strengthening of political and trade links between the two countries. Read full article

    I hope she does, Uruguay could do with more trade from anywhere except Argentina who seem hell-bent of fcuking the country up.

    I'm completely relaxed, in fact happy, about this, despite what the article says it “implies”. Dilma and Cristina are themselves allies after all, so of course Pepe is allies with both of them! Hopefully Paraguay will soon have a democratic leader agian who can join them
