    Jefferson on trial.

A seriously great name for someone accused of seriously great corruption.

But the refusal to bring Lula to trial is seriously greater corruption.
And a different American President recognised that The Buck stops at the President's desk.
Except it doesn't if your name is Lula,
he is more akin to the schoolchild who asserts “It wasn't me sir”.
But we ALL know it was.

The refusal to do the right thing shows just how far Brasil has to go before it deserves to take a senior role in world politics.

“And a different American President recognised that The Buck stops at the President's desk. ”

And who might that be? Mr “I'm not a crook” Nixon? Because if you meant Bush or O'bozo, than you're from another planet.

President Truman is recognised as popularising this saying, but heh, I bet you knew that as even you can't be that stupid.

It seems from the absence of comments posted,
that in Brasil contemporary history is 'history',
whereas in Argentina history is re-invented in every posting.
