Argentine president Cristina Fernandez had to cancel all her Wednesday activities because of a lipothymy episode (low blood pressure) and was instructed to rest for the rest of the day at the presidential residence in Olivos. Read full article

Perhaps that is the cause of all this stupidity she exhibits at the first sign of (what she calls) stress.
A very good solution would be a pistol shot to the medulla oblongata taken as soon as possible.
That would end the suffering of TMBOA and that of the rest of the planet.
