I don't know where the headline actually appeared in the article, but let them affirm their policies for now. If the peoplewant change of course, they should remain free to vote for it. If current economic policies are linked to the peace process through a demand for the rebels to sign up to them before they are allowed to make peace, that would be dangerous territory
