The British Prime Minister is respected around the world, by many different countries. Not only that but the UK and Brazil do a lot of trade, and Britain is building Brazil new naval vessels.

... but there is still the reticence to receive Dilma with the full diplomatic pomp and ceremony as a Head of State of a major world nation.
