Norway has contributed with over 12m dollars to demining in Peru/Ecuador border

Norway presented on Friday to the Organization of American States, OAS, a contribution of 600.000 dollars to support the humanitarian demining program along the Ecuadorean/Peruvian border in the Andes in the Condor region. Read full article

This is the kind of relationship I wish Britain could have with South America too; the Norwegans are whiter than us yet welcomed, the problem isn't cultural or racial but that our governmnet still has arrogant policies...

Yes Argentina could offer to help pay for demining operations in the Falklands, that would be a step towards being more friendly!!!!!
