Also, Kirchner is said to have Nazi relatives, I mean “Kirchner” doesn't sound Italian or Spanish to me - sounds German and possibly Nazi.

Person (father was german, peron was also in the milatry which at the time containe dmany 1st and 2nd generation germans who were sympathetic to rise of a strong Germany) is well known for being a supporter of facist states (Franco, Mousolinie and Hitler) he changed his support in the late 1940s and started supplying food to Europe (and by the way at this time the majority of trading in Argetnina was controled by British Expats, this is why the Fi issue was brought out by Peron, in order to whip up nationilst sentimdent and drive them out) in an attempt to escape being branded as facist himself. Peronism drew on many aspects of facism i.e. one strong leader who must be allwoed to do what is best for the people (we are currently seeing this ideiolgy from CFK at the moment) as well as the use of patriotic speaches and the use of nationists socialsums to control the population, controls on press freedoms etc, it has now evolved to appear as if it encompasses all aspects ofr the politcal spectrum, and it is this that makes it hard to attack by opposition parties.
If Peron was seriously anti-Nazi he would not of allowed Nazi war criminals fleeing trial in Europe to call Argetnina home. Of course there was also a sizeable fee for this service.
@5 CFK is a 4/5th generation Argentine. her mothers side of the family was itlaian I believe and her fathers side Spanish. Nestors family on the other hand was Croation on his mothers side and Swiss-German on his fathers side.
Kretina Kirchner's mother's name is Ofelia Wilhelm - doesn't sound very Italian to me! The old bag Ofelia is still around, but of course never says a word about her Korrpt daughter!

As for the Graf Spee, it's irrelevent where she dropped anchor, under the maritime law of the time she was allowed to stay for a limited period to make repairs and tend to the wounded, then she had to sail, or be interned for the remainder of hostilities. Thanks to British Intelligence, Langsdord was fooled into believing a superior British Fleet was waiting for him when he came out. He chose to scuttle her to save his the lifes of his crew. Langsdorf probably chose Uruguay because of the German Consular services were better in Uruguay and it was therefore easier to communicate with the fatherland.
As for Peron, he was a nazi supporter, who stayed neutral thinking the Nazis would win the war and Argentina would gain British possessions in the South Atlantic, the Falkland Islands primarily, as a reward for his support.

Nice to see you agree with me, when I say any aid supplied by Argentina was paid for and not donated to the cause of defeating nazism out of any sense of being on the right side. So you and your like stop bleating on how you saved us by feeding us for five yearss, we bought it from you, just like we did from Brazil, Uruguay the US and anyone else willing to sell to us.
Gloster G.41 Meteor F.Mk.IV in Argentine service
The Argentine Meteor history is a nice tale.
To pay off the rather large debt to the Argentine government accumulated by the UK during WW II a deal was struck late 1947 to supply a serious number of airplanes to Argentina. Britain would supply 50 ex RAF Meteors and 50 specifically produced for the Argentine Air Force (Fuerza Aérea Argentina, FAA), 10 Avro Lancaster and 20 Avro Lincoln bombers and a whole bunch of smaller planes.
The transaction caused an uproar with the US Government but somehow Attlee's socialist UK government bulldozed the deal through and the first Meteors were delivered to the FAA in March 1948.
You were'nt force to take anything, your militar ymust have come in their pants at the chance to have this kit. It was payment for everyhing you supplied us with and sadly it provided a regional bully with more clout than it deserved and would in normal circumstances, not have for another decade or so.
Great positive news! This may certainly be the light at the end of the tunnel for those of us wanting justice. This is certainly a step in the right direction. Perhaps we can have a trial a-la-Lockerbie in this case.

Britain dis thsi in many areas of the world, and all with Marshall Plan money too. That is one reaswon why the USA was to pissed off, and not being able to widthstand the fact that Argentina had a more modern air force as well.
