No matter what anyone says, i've seen first hand what heavy smoking can do to a person. This drug is far, far from not dangerous. Then again not nearly as lethal as tobacco or booze, i do not think we should be allowing more drugs, we should be putting stop to more of them.

Contrary to public opinion, Washington states and Colorado did not legalize cannabis. As the substance is still regulated, voters in those states really passed weed decriminalization laws. Semantics aside, those states are ready to enjoy financial benefits of doing this, not least of which being million in tax revenue. Read more here

“right cigarette and whiskey is safe and pot is so dangerous.”

If you are replying to me i recall saying that both tobacco and drink are far worse.

There are drugs that are far less dangerous than even tobacco that will never be legalized because these laws are more about perception than the effects they have on people.

Ecstasy is not dangerous in any way and it is nigh impossible to form a dangerous habit on the drug because when one takes too much, it uses all of the chemical in your brain that it produces and simply stops working.

But again, is making more drugs legal really the way to go? Possibly. It worked very well in Amsterdam. They have heavily leaned on drinkers and promoted other drugs and as a result they have very little crime and a very mature population.

I don't know how this would work in a nation of a few hundred million.
