Free housing for 2 years....well at least for the people that use it. As for the owners, well they will get screwed over. Nice idea to make housing prices plummet since the return on investment for housing will be negative.
This is the desperate times Cristina's enemies want to bring to Argentina; as for us in Europe, we really do have a lot to get protesting about!
