Argentina is expected to trim the quantity of 2012/2013 wheat destined for overseas shipment to 4.5 million tons from a previous 6 million due to a smaller than forecast harvest, a local newspaper reported on Saturday. Read full article
I watch the weather using a site in Norway and it is very accurate in its predictions and has pictorial representations of the weather over local maps for the day in question and the next two days.
You should have seen the weather over the winter! And it is still throwing it down over the pampas, I know because we get it as well if the wind changes direction and blows it over Uruguay.
Still, it couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of crooks.
Well done Yankeeboy. BTW what's the betting the numbers are wrong?
All them tears Argentina has been crying im not suprised their weather pattern is in turmoil,
im quite suprised we havent seen flash floods and tidal waves.
the forecast for this month says expect thunder storms on the 15th 17th followed by yet more Argentine tears...
I think we should promote you to Idiot-In-Chief to go with that famous brain of AG The Turnip In Chief as both of you have the same grasp on reality: NONE.
If AG do not export wheat, where do the US$ come from to pay for your imports? The tooth fairy or TMBOA bank account ha, ha, ha.
According to someone who HAS run the finances of the country and did far better than this gang of shitehawks you will need up to 13 BILLION US DOLLARS just to buy the energy that your fabulously poorly run YPF cannot get out of the ground.
Clue: the cupboards (and the vaults of your Central Bank) are bare. Get it now? Some hope.
The USA can fill the gap left by Argentina for whatever products the fail to produce.
I hope hope hope Chrissy is forced to buy wheat from the USA.
I will laugh and laugh
Has CFK written the book How to destroy a country in only 10 years yet?
I want to buy it
Quite frankly, I don't see any reason to gloat over the poor harvest in Argentina.
Ordinary Argentines will be hit together with many others around the world - the Arg. government won't feel it at all.
I agree. An fleeting embarrassment for CFK, but a hardship for the working poor.
20 yankeeboy
No big deal Fred B., keep hoping...that your Argentinean wife doesn't take all your money baldy.
Hey Fred,
The daily mass shooting of the day in your beloved Yankeeland, not in a movie theater this time..in a shopping mall instead.
Like you said, absolutely disastrous.
#20 I think the report specifically and rightly pointed out that exports will suffer, which means everyone outside Argentina will suffer. I guess you are one of those outsiders. Maybe you should get yourself a silo. I hear China has millions of baby's needing 18.000 Tones of powder milk, made in Argentina, forget the silo grow a tit.
#21 nothing wrong ever happens in UStopia, They seem to bomb a solution into every problem.
#23 is that how the brits do politics? No wonder they wear wigs and powder their nose. Haven't seen that in Argentina yet but thanks for keeping us updated.
