Dec 15th, 2012 - 10:24 am - Link - Report abuse 0Almost half of the homeless, 49% do not attend public refuges because they complain of ill treatment, restrictive timetables and they are banned from entering with their families.
and then they wonder why there are so many on the streets........Christ, what a country.......
@3 nothing a few trips on argentinas death flights wouldnt sort out.

Chrissy was elected by the Peronistas, the party of the Peons...a democratic version of communism. Get elected by the peons and then pe-on them.

@7 says stink who doesn't live in rgenweener
Dec 15th, 2012 - 01:42 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Now you oafs would not be utilizing the penury and misfortune of other human beings to score cheap, chauvinistic discussion points right? No way, as it was you cretins who were in high dudgeon yesterday that the mass shooting was raised at all to pocket debate scores. You would never use homeless people and on top of this gleefully add commentary like euphimism of genocide right?
Dec 15th, 2012 - 02:40 pm - Link - Report abuse 0It is obvious the British, and other Europeans/Americans have a complete lack of empathy. It explains why all the mass sadistic carnages occur in places like Norway, UK, Germany, Italy, France, China, Japan, United States, Canada.
You people are trully pathologically and probably iatrogenically ill.
The British have complete lack of empathy? Hmm, sweeping statements like that terminally weaken your arguements, and puts you right in amongst the posters you claim to be superior to.
Dec 15th, 2012 - 03:03 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Check out the charitable and development aid per head figures, you'll find they are amongst the highest in the world.
Sweeping statements is the debating forté of your faction. All argies this, all argies that.
Dec 15th, 2012 - 03:09 pm - Link - Report abuse 0And by the way, there are 35k homeless on the streets New York. This is a city that is the headquaters of Wall Street. I think that is quite a bit more embarrassing, that in such a city there are so many people chronically vagrant.
@10 who's trying to score cheap points dipshit read stinks post above, he who talks about argentina's misery whilst living in Canada which he spouts off about on another thread, no one wants to see anybody homeless and living on the streets wherever they are from, however don't you THINK that CFK should be addressing this problem instead of dragging your beloved country down the tubes whilst lining her own pockets, whats the betting the international aid we give to rgenweener goes straight into her pocket instead of helping these poor souls. You are the one that is ill your total blinkered outlook on life will be your downfall. See you mention China again so obviously they aren't your mates anymore after your drivel a few months ago about them saving you from the nasty people in the world. You shouldn't mention Canada by the way as THINK won't be your friend anymore. KNOB!
Dec 15th, 2012 - 03:18 pm - Link - Report abuse 0@12 mmmm.. i thought the article was about the homeless of B.A???
Dec 15th, 2012 - 03:24 pm - Link - Report abuse 0yet more deflection from argentinas home grown problems, suck it up!!
As I suspected, the social programs are used to buy votes. Those that don't vote for Cristina get the shaft. A lot of children as young as 10 are smoking paco to curb their hunger. There are a lot of foundations that try to help these people, but they receive minimal or no government support.
Dec 15th, 2012 - 03:24 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Juan Manuel Urtubey is a major douche bag that showed up to a convention for charitable foundations for about 10 minutes for a nice picture, then the just left without showing any signs that he actually cared.

Dec 15th, 2012 - 05:08 pm - Link - Report abuse 0We love CFK because children in Argentina can go to school and feel safe no body comes to shoot them or bomb their schools. People who do not support CFK might end up in the streets but not orphan or murdered as people in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Lebanon, Palestine and now Syria, I wonder what this doctors claim of all this nations I mention or should we ask for their stats in Sudan, Somalia, rwanda or even the Mexican border with USA. The world is what it is thanks to this doctors and scientist paying lip service to the greedy capitalist cheerleaders. Did any of this doctors or reporters know that in every place I just mentioned are more then 60.000 not 16.000 children who died or will die do to wars fuel by foreign weapons and foreign bankers?
Dec 15th, 2012 - 05:20 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Shhhhhhh let's not talk about the mighty dollar......bunch of crooks. Maybe Argentina should have a weapons factory to give all this young children a good future building missiles, tanks, warships, guns, airplanes and submarines as they do in USA, UK, France, Canada and and all of Europe. It all starts and depends in the goals a country Sets it self, and keeping all their resources in tune with their goals will boost not only the economy but also the nationalist pride. If the English weren't so fixed in piracy and warmongering they could really learn something from Argentina. Maybe they rather see children dead then homeless.
@17
Dec 15th, 2012 - 06:34 pm - Link - Report abuse 0love CFK because children in Argentina can go to school and feel safe no body comes to shoot them or bomb their schools.

Yes it was a day of ineffable, abominable carnage and truculent horror.
Dec 15th, 2012 - 06:54 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Four children dead was a national catastrophe not seen in this country in nearly 100 years. Every year this event is remembered all over the nation, and in the media, without failing.
FOUR dead in a school, an incomprehensible number that should ashame any civilized society for 10 generations.
Four children dead was a national catastrophe not seen in this country in nearly 100 years.
Dec 15th, 2012 - 07:15 pm - Link - Report abuse 0You sure about the 100 years bit,or dont it count cos the target was the Israeli Embassy ?
17 March 1992 (terrorism)--A suicide car bomb exploded at the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The explosion destroyed or severely damaged the embassy building, a nearby Catholic primary school, and a nearby Catholic church. Many of the 29 killed were Argentine students at the school; also killed were Israeli embassy employees and their relatives, a priest at the church, and other Argentine civlians; 252 were injured. Iran has been implicated in the attack, although Argentine authorities failed to effectively pursue the case. [
Typical British buffoon not only pushing the goal posts but changing the sport.
Dec 15th, 2012 - 07:18 pm - Link - Report abuse 0What does a school shooting have to do with a terrorist attack you nincompoop?
If that counts then your country is whipped. With Al-Qaeda and that minor issue with the IRA and all.
@21 It was you that poked your fucking nose in, Prat hunter was the one who said argie kids dont get shot and blown up at school in argie land, and I pointed out that they did

What has happened to the intelligent young man of a few months ago, even if you were a bit of a pain it was worth reading them.
But now I just do not bother, you are down to the level of Think and the other idiots.
Robbers armed with machine guns in a shopping mall in Buenos Aires today (one I have shopped in on many occasions). Lucky they didn't shoot anyone this time.
Dec 15th, 2012 - 08:07 pm - Link - Report abuse 0I mention it to illustrate that if guns are easily available, they will be used.
well, let face it ....
Dec 15th, 2012 - 08:24 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Not only in Argentina....
I have mentioned that in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, there are 6,000 homeless people sleeping in parks, abandon buildings, bus station, etc. They are suffering hunger and sickness...but not enough help is received from the Obama administration which I believe is worst than the argentine leader administration.
the bad economy and the high unemployment continues...is sad. Everyone deserves a clean, safe, decent place.
@17 learn what how to lose?
Dec 15th, 2012 - 08:40 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Ho well at least the 16.000 children are living unlike the 20 who died and the 60.000 muslim children USA and the UK murdered in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Palestine, Lebanon and now Syria Armed by US and UK weapons and bankers. The english rather then criticize CFK and go on with the war mongering they should take notes and learn. We love CFK she had is the best president in the world.

Buenos Aires, population 2 million. New York City (not including metropolitan aeea) 8 million. And people in want are given every social service, they can walk in a TON of places and get three hot, big meals a day, they can get free rent, free down payment, mental disability, SS, a debut card with hundreds on it for food, http://www.huffingtonpost.com/mobileweb/2012/12/04/jeffrey-hillman-homeless_n_2236965.html

Where in my post @3 did I utilize the penury and misfortune of other human beings to score cheap, chauvinistic discussion points
Where??? Tell me!!! where?
Re-read it again and then answer me you butt-sucking puke. And this time, get it right.
@17 In the neighborhood next to mine, a bunch of disgusting scum bags smashed a boys head in with a rock after the family was walking home after a dinner out. Also, there was a fire fight on the other side of town and a mother was walking home with her baby. The drug dealers ceased the gun fight temporarily to shoot the baby in the head and take cheap shots at the mother. This happens every day here in Argentina.
Dec 15th, 2012 - 11:30 pm - Link - Report abuse 0The traffic control here is pathetic. Handouts to the poor and no stop signs. Perhaps it would be useful to keep the kids from getting hit by cars. Not too far away, a guy was stabbed to death after getting money from an ATM.
The police are pathetic. Their performance on Wednesday night didn't inspire much confidence. Stop being in denial. If one of your family members was murdered, and the police knew and didn't do anything, I don't think you'd be saying Cristina was so great. She doesn't care enough to acknowledge the problem.

Dec 15th, 2012 - 11:41 pm - Link - Report abuse 0You really do have a short memory don't you?
Remember Simon68? telling you about his Peaceful town?? how many murders, robbery's there were in one month alone?? I can't remember the exact figure but I'm sure he has them to hand if you'd like to ask him......
If the English weren't so fixed in piracy and warmongering they could really learn something from Argentina
We already have learned a LOT from Argentina, and we have learned them very, very well.
You see Argentina is an object lesson in how NOT to do things. How to let corruption run rife in government and local officials. How to steal from your people, how to drag your countries name through the dirt and be the laughing stock of the UN
Oh there are lessons alright. Lessons in how to get things utterly, utterly WRONG!!!
@17
Dec 16th, 2012 - 12:35 am - Link - Report abuse 0they could really learn something from Argentina. Maybe they rather see children dead then homeless.
This might illustrate why the Falkland Islands don't want to be run by an incompetent country like Argentina. This would not be allowed in the Falkland Island where there are NO kids sleeping on the streets.
Falkland Island=Decent living for its citizens.
Argentina =Decent living for their citizens, if they are lucky.
Poor kids.
Get out of here Pete Bog. I could name you 20 neighborhoods in Mendoza alone with over 3000 people where everyone lives in 5 bedroom homes with views to white-capped mountains, pool, tennis court and a golf course.
Dec 16th, 2012 - 12:42 am - Link - Report abuse 0So I should compare the Dalvian area of Mendoza with the whole of the UK, or even Europe, and gloat we are better.
You are a simpleton to even suggest the comparison between two diametrically and patently incomparable entities.
Homelessness is a human tragedy where ever it is....argentina, USA, UK...anywhere. However in argentina it will soon cease to exist once the government controls all the media it will not longer be reported, so in the eyes of the kirchner administration.....problem solved.
Dec 16th, 2012 - 01:50 am - Link - Report abuse 0Speaking of human tragedy.....what did argentina contribute to the Phillipines in aid to the typhoon disaster?
President-in-waiting Fat probably tells everyone these homeless people are lazy and not upholding the national cause of 'stealing everything'. Every week he and his mother go around the streets in a posh car, with him eating cream buns in the faces of homeless people and his mother shows them her new dollar bought shoes and then licks them.
Dec 16th, 2012 - 09:26 am - Link - Report abuse 0Then they get out and throw cream buns at the homeless and she decadently throws shoes, and they scream about how this is the golden age of south america and how uncle Hitler wouldn't like these homeless people.
Then Tobias neighs from the boot of their car.

Dec 16th, 2012 - 11:16 am - Link - Report abuse 0But there are no homeless cucarachas are there: they are all living in the public hospital (remember / recall the link I sent you last week)?
@33
Dec 16th, 2012 - 11:36 am - Link - Report abuse 0So I should compare the Dalvian area of Mendoza
With Buenos Aires ?
The Chilieans in The Falkland Islands obviously realise that this is what the future holds for them if Argentina get their way.

Dec 16th, 2012 - 05:49 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Oh dear, was that an attempt at jocularity?
Ask the human patients if they like their new bed mates.
Well, if you mean it the way I assume you did, it would have been facetiousness.
Dec 16th, 2012 - 06:03 pm - Link - Report abuse 0It is a crude attempt at palliating the problem, but a first step. Sometimes first steps are vain or flawed, but at least the wheel is in motion.
Perhaps eventually these people will be treated for their addictions, and those not addicted educated for an occupation. If neither of those work, then they are on their own. But at least show as a society the effort of giving people redemption. It is then up to each individual to decide what to make of it.
You people are trully pathologically and probably iatrogenically ill.
Dec 16th, 2012 - 07:52 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Yep, you are one of them. Now get some help troll.

If that is what you think your juvenile, under developed mind needs work. At your age you should be looking to get laid rather than seeking to playing politics in the nazi youth movement, er.....I mean la campora. Maybe I will bump into you in a few weeks and we shall never know it nostril.....BTW....your nostril is running....blow it. You impress no one other than yourself......like Mark Twain and his one man show....you are entertaining. Tell asslips to raise homeless shelters for the homeless, ask your citizens to donate and run homeless shelters. Do something other than feeding your ego.
A toxic legacy of decades of right wing oligarchic leadership to be sure. As long as problems like these continue there is need for Cristina's inclusive (to the people) and combative (to the oligarchy) model to solve them...
