Congratulations to the Chavista winners. And the victory of the opposition leader over a former VP goes to show democracy is alive and well in Venezuela and the people not the President decide who governs. But with the people of 19 out of 23 states voting Socialist, I think the salivating on here for an immenent return to capitalist business as usual IF (not when, only God decides that!) Chavez dies, is a bit premature...
