We appreciate his visit but we do know how to hold free and fair elections . One of the great achievements of Paraguayan democracy was the establishment of an efficient and neutral Electoral College . What greater evidence does one need in that Lugo , the left winger , won the 2008 elections . And the , up to then , all powerful Colorados accepted their decision . Perhaps they should investigate elections in Cuba !
