    O'Farrell has no business representing britons and his selection as a candidate is a gross miscalculation by labour.
    My money is on HOWLING LAUD HOPE - Monster Raving Loony William Hill Party, sound policies:

    1. Health & Safety: We propose to ban Self Responsibilty on the grounds that it may be dangerous to your health.

    2. M.P’s Expenses: We propose that instead of a second home allowance M.P’s will have a caravan which will be parked outside the Houses of Parliament. This will make it easier as flipping a caravan is easier than flipping homes

    3. Eurofit: The European Constitution which will be sorted out by going for a long Walk. “As everyone knows that walking is good for the constitution”

    4. The speaker in the House of Commons will be replaced by the latest audio equipment

    5. To help the Israel/Palestinian Problem, we will get rid of the old road map, and replace it with a new sat nav instead

    6. European Union: It is proposed that the European Union end its discrimination by creating a “Court of Human Lefts” because their present policy is one -sided.

    7. Education: We will increase the number of Women teachers throughout the education System as we are strong believers of ‘Female Intuition’

    8. Immigration and Population: I propose that we cap the population of this country. We have too many people for such a small country, so we will Cap the number of people residing here at present rates (approximately 63 million, give or take 10 mill ) on the basis of one out, one in (excluding Births).

    Regarding Immigration… Any Person who can prove that they or their descendants emigrated to the U.K before 55 A.D can stay. All the others will be repatriated to their original country. (Well we have to draw the line somewhere)

    9. We will ban all forms of Greyhound racing. This will help stop the country going to the dogs.

    10. Afghanistan, Iraq and the War on terror. Theirs nothing funny about this. however as we have not found any taliban terrorists in Derb

    I'm a bit curious to see how well he'll do. I think we can be reasonably assured that he never stood a chance in hell of being elected in the first place (in the last general election Labour placed 3rd with less than ten percent of the vote).

    He may as well have stood for the Elvis Loves Pets Party, or the Beer Baccy and Crumpet Party...

    Interesting one in the Tripoli post, with the Argentine embassy referencing the expulsion of the Argentine “authoritities” in 1833. Same form of words as was used at the London conference. It appears that at an official level they are dropping the demonstrably false claim of expulsion of the civilian population.

    Also the 32 governors mentioned in the Tripoli post by the argentine ambassador were not argentine but spanish as argentina did not exist till 1816.

    Arrest him for inciting terrorism!

    Oh wait... democracy... damn!

    (Although I'm sure if it was me - a political nobody - who had said it at the podium in a public forum I would have been arrested for breaking some kind of civil unrest law or something)

    @ 2)

    My lass is a French citizen, as a UK resident she votes in UK local elections and all local issues, she also votes for the French general elections, and as she is also an Algerian citizen as that was the nationality of her parents, I'm sure if she wanted to she would be able to vote in theres... Just pointing out the benefits of duel nationalities and living in civilized countries... I completely agree with your point though that the trolls are basically being (how can I politely put it...) window lickers.

    Sr.Mauricio Nine, chargé of the Argentine Embassy in Tripoli, should learn his historic lies a bit better, the United Provinces' military contingent was asked to leave Port Louis on 3rd January 1833, not 3rd February.

    My taxes are being spent on ignoramuses, probably from La Campora!!!!!

    @ 13;

    Yes, I agree, - Sr.Mauricio Nine, chargé of the Argentine Embassy in Tripoli has no shame, if he is repeating those lies in public along with the rest of his malvanista ilk.

    The truth is well documented for the world to see if they choose.

    People like him rely purely on the lack of knowlage of others to force their lies in to circulation.

    @1,3 Should you ever dare to visit the UK, please be sure to make your identities known. You will be able to contribute to the UK's greatness. Most biochemicals in the body contribute. “Dust you were, and to dust you will return”. Nobody knew about argies in those far-off days. “Gloop you were, and to gloop you will return” and we will have more to eat and more to build on. Will anybody remember a couple of argie deaths? Quiet deaths. In out of the way places. As British people find out what you are and provide you with justice. Torn limb from limb. Beheaded. Quartered. Ground up and used as fertiliser. It's called “poetic justice”. What you did to the native Amerindians could happen to you. Something to look forward to?

    @5. “Perfectly Sensible Loonie Ideas”

    Look say what you will about him but he's no George Galloway. What matters now is his view on the islanders right to self-determination today and to a lesser extent how his views have changed now that he's a political grown-up.

    O' Farrell can say what he wants. It is called freedom of speech, but it is not the voice of the UK. Something that is missing in Argentina ( freedom of speech that is.)

    Also appears to be dating Argentina's claim from 1829 rather than 1820. All this, of course, being consistent with what the Brits have always said. But why are they changing their tune now?

    The trouble with UKIP is that they are a populist party. I think we have had plenty of warnings about what happens in populism when you become unpopular on these forums!

    That's not to say any of the three main parties are anything to shout about - although I have to say that Hague has been very good at the FCO. He ran rings around Timerman - that's good enough for me!

    Labour was 4th with 9.8% of the vote.

    The Monster Raving Loony Party was 9th with 0.33% of the vote.
