Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff said on Friday that the government intends to double per capita income by 2022, when Brazil celebrates 200 years of independence from Portugal. Read full article
1 By 2022 Brazil will be much better than what it's today.
2 By 2022 the Falklands Islands / Malvinas will be part of Argentina
3 By 2022 you idiots will continue to troll online while the rest moves on.
@6 Fido!!! There she is!! What's up sister??? So tell me sweetpea, what does much better than what it's today actually mean? Nice use of a contraction by the way. Can you elaborate on that? I know you like to be an internet badass, so for once, it would be AWESOME if you could provide some details behind one of your ridiculous posts.
Next, if you really think the Falklands will be part of Argentina, then you're dumber than I've thought you were from previous posts.
Finally, since Brazil will be better than what it's today (again, great place for a contraction) will you finally be living there, or will you still be living in America and just talking about what a utopia Brazil is?
Feel free to elaborate as much as possible sister. The Dutch education system should have provided you the tools to be able to articulate yourself here on this matter right? Did you get a Dutch public education or did you have rich parents who sent you to private schools?
@6 Really? Giving yourself 9 years! Some simple FACTS.
1. There isn't one single Latin American or Caribbean state that has a per capita GDP anywhere near that of the Falklands. The very best is the Bahamas. Followed by Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago and Chile. Brazil is well down the list. About 17th out of 32. And, just look, the top 3 all have direct British connections!
2. By 2022, the Falklands may well be part of argieland. The ruling part. Argieland may have been renamed as the Falkland province of Patagonia.
3. By 2022, we may be celebrating. Whilst you are still licking your bowl and then bringing your leash so that you can go walkies.
I wonder to myself why a Dutchman living in America continues to post on LatAm subjects. Ah! But you probably can't post anywhere else because of all the crap you 'talk'.
Now I bet you know what's coming now, don't you?
Crap like BitCoin for instance. You berated me in your usual apoplectic manner that I did not 'get' that FIAT currencies are finished and BitCoin was going to take over.
And what did I think of that. Bubble, Ponzi, delusional thinking from a Japanese ‘techy’? AND, what has happened? Zoom up in price followed by profit taking and immediate crash in price, dealing houses in BitCoin (because you cannot buy anything with this crap) CLOSED AGAIN, etc.
What does that remind you of? Come on, even your febrile brain can work this one out? YES, it’s operating like a FIAT currency! And why would it not as it is NOT backed by gold or any other similar valuable, transportable commodity.
Fancy a Dutchman NOT learning the lesson of the Tulip Bubble.

Apr 13th, 2013 - 06:19 am - Link - Report abuse 0Good luck with that, Dilma. However, you need to multiply the per capita income by FIVE to match the Falkland Islands.

Apr 13th, 2013 - 01:39 pm - Link - Report abuse 0And by 2022, Falklands GDP per capita will probly have doubled.
Given the way they are (mis)managing the economy the only way to achieve this is by giving the money away, just as they do now.
