Good news, long way to go but definitely moving in the right direction finally! Thought it was funny that the B A Herald ran a big headline hoping we were going to dip into triple recession. No headline now I see that we are now showing stronger growth than Germany or France.

Unlike many people here, I truly wish for all economies to do well, because it is the workers who always pay the price of economic crisis.

Good news at last . Now let us hope that Osborne goes for growth . We need the money to increase spending on defense . North Korea , Syria , Iran , Russia and other trouble spots . Now that the USA has decided to withdraw from the world who will stand up to the bullies . Brazil ?

But they were, you will find out soon enough. US statistics are fixed too. As are your interest rates (illegaly). You are nothing special I'm afraid.

And yes you are in your third recession in 5 years. What a joke of an economy.

6- evidentally you cannot read english - a plus .3% means that the UK economy is NOT in its 3rd recession in 5 yrs - had the figure been a minus - then yes - get it?
Oh and what is “illegal” about the UK interest rates that are set by an independent board of directors of the Bank of England and NOT a bunch of politicians?

Do also please tell us where in recent times the UK has been the bad guy and invaded somebody against the wishes of the people in that place?

5 Stevie . Oh , I presume time must be wasted answering you ! UK and USA
Bullies ? I really do not think that the French , Belgians , Dutch and others thought that as the Glorious Allies threw out the Germans ! Many , many thousands died fighting for freedom . You will find few families in the UK who did not lose a loved one in the War ..

Are you Argentine? I understand that in Argentina one thing generally means another, but in the UK when your economy is growing you are not in recession.
But I understand that you would like us to be.
