Paraguay requests Pacific Alliance observer status; moves ‘beyond Mercosur’
Paraguay has made official its request to become an observer of the Pacific Alliance, (Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Peru), as part of its policy to strengthen relations with other countries that goes beyond Mercosur and has proven very successful for the exchange of experiences. Read full article

Paraguay could become a monopolic provider of beef to the Pacific alliance. Tastes anyway better than nowerdays foot-and-mouth disease plagued argentine beef.

Asia is an enormous market, as well as the western coast of North America.
Paraguay is free! Brazilian economic police too. The bridges across the Paraná River are the artery (artérias) of Paraguay. Your vital blood, yours soyan plantation too. The money of Brazil do survive all Paraguay. Crazy Franco!

Also paraguay can work as a sort of bridge between the two trading blocs. Anyway u look at it it will b good for paraguay. Also lets not forget paraguay is expected to be the fastest growing economy in nearly the entire world with 15% growth for 2013.

According to information from the World Trade Organization (WTO), the countries of the Pacific Alliance together exported about U.S.$ 445 billion in 2010, almost 60% more than the powerful, big and “mighty” Mercosur exported in the same year. Still funny? What a shame... the 4 members of of Pacific alliance beat the shit out of Brazil, Argentina and all the sockpuppetstate they have.
#11 the thing #5 forgets is that the PA also has Mexico in the group. They, the PA have done more in a shorter timeframe than Mercosur has since they organized.
