Disclaimer & comment rulesThis inequality thing is soooo misleading. Chile is inequaly richer than any neighbor equaly poorer. Unfortunately, in Latam, as long richer can't get richer is okay to have the poors poorer. Ethiopia is one of the least inequal countries - a paradise! It took 50 years for Singapore to get where it is (still inequaly richer than nordics), socialmobility will sure come for Chile.
