How does a business, an oil business no less with crude selling 90 to 110 a barrel, a country with some of the largest reserves in the world, get itself in a position of needing money and taking on debt?
Come on trolls..........please spin this one for us.....it's been quiet all week and we need some entertainment.
I guess that's a resource too complicated to produce in Venezuela. 50 million/ 52 weeks=961,538 rolls a week for a population of 28.5 million. Even if you consider 5 to a household per roll per week still comes to 5.7 million households with only 961,538 rolls. .....seems 1 in 6 households can wipe and the other 5 are shit out of luck.

LOL!!!
I guess that saves on the CIA expenditures by organizing a toilet paper shortage rather than organizing a coupe'. Seems the CIA really changed their ways under Obama.
