A single winner in Florida has beaten incredible odds and will take home the entire 590.5 million dollars Powerball jackpot. The lucky ticket was sold at a Publix supermarket in Zephyrhills, Fla., outside of Tampa, according to Florida Lottery executive Cindy O’Connell. Read full article

O'Connell sounds Irish to me, though I've no idea if he's an immigrant, these days more likely to be native born if of Irish descent...unlike the Miami Cubans!

O'Conneel runs the lottery.....she is not the winner. No one knows who the winner is yet. My name is Russian......but I am an American through and through. Names mean nothing here .....just a reminder of ones descent.........except for Latins.....they do not bother to learn English.
