Venezuelan opposition airs conspiracy recordings against Maduro from his own party
The Venezuelan opposition has released an audio recording that it said contains a prominent member of the ruling party discussing political strategy with a Cuban intelligence officer. Opposition lawmaker Ismael García said the recording captures a phone conversation between state TV personality Mario Silva, a staunch government ally, and a Cuban identified as Lieutenant Colonel Aramis Palacios. May 22nd, 2013 - 07:35 am - Link - Report abuse 0Well either there's a conspiracy of intelligence services to manufacture this shit stirring recording, or a conspiracy against Maduro by Socialist leaders who have sadly become treacherous, which unfortunately has happened before in the history of socialism (Moyano turning on Cristina, the SSP leadership turning on Tommy Sheridan, the list goes on and on!). Whichever conspiracy it is, I expect it to fail =)

Less democratic countries always have problems understanding that the public service should be apolitical.
