Totalitarianism in action. It's fascinating to watch. Did they wear brown shirts or is that a bit passé now?

This stinks like yestruday's diapers. But I'm not very sympathetic to this guy. He knows they don't keep their word as per him being a litigant against the government. He knows by being so he has a target on his back in a business where you can easily commit six felonies before breakfast in MOST countries. He knows they have a judicary that grows less independant by the day and an eternally petulent executive branch. And he contines to do business with 'em?

    Fool me once....

Don't do business with Argentina, they cannot be trusted and could not be virtually from the word go. The one million pound loan to Barings Bank in 1824 was defaulted on 1828 and was never repaid and it has been virtually the same ever since!!!

This guy is just as dirty as the government itself. However, the actions of the government in this case were particularly heavy handed, and work as an indicator of what's to come. Cristina gets more insane by the day.

She is preparing an event, and ordered that all the street dogs in the area be killed, and I'm sure the entourage of murdering, raping, and thieving scum bags will enjoy the task.

I suspect it is an old payed off facility. One where they can export for hard currency, fund operations with cheap pesos and store the profits abroad. Just let it run for as long as possible and when the regime moves in make sure to have the active contracts outside the Argie branch so that other facilities can take up the slack.

How much you all betting that the amount owed to this man as part of his share in the hedge funds that Argentina owe, will be similar to the amount Argentina claims he owes them in taxes?

Anyway i thought it was illegal to take any form of action that may be deemed intimidation against someone that is an opposing party to legal proceedings that you are also a party too.

This guy, whether some on here like it or not is a VERY wealthy man and I would not be surprised that he and his family have more asset value in all their businesses and cash on deposit than TMBOA claims the resources of the The Dark Country to be. They are also extremely well connected in the real world, especially the USA.

Only a complete moron would risk the fall-out this guy could arrange for The Dark Country to have as a special present from him. He may even be that pissed that he topples the government - if you get my gist!

Like in many Mercopress Articles they forgot to clarify why “Dart Sudamericana” is under investigation by ARG govt. and AFI.

The Smart guy is avoiding the payment of taxes by over billing pellets that are produced in US by his own company.

But not enough he is billing the pellets as if they were exported from US but in reality the origin of the documentation is Cayman Islands “Polymers International Limited”.

So he is not only avoiding taxes and committing fraud in Argentina also in USA.

The 2 Brothers renounced to US citizenship and established headquarters in Cayman Island to avoid pay taxes to US govt.

In 2003 US IRS took them to court for tax fraud and they ended paying 26m USD to US govt.

    http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/news/vulture-funds-circle-as-greece-fears-grow-7758127.html

Also the Mafia Brothers were involved with the Russia mob and former KGB that formed Trident

Litigation support in Russia is now a big business for Trident, with clients that include such law firms as Washington-based Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld. “We've worked with Trident quite a bit. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, we can't go into detail,” says Akin Gump communications manager Kristen M. White, “but we hold their work in the highest regard.”

In another long-term legal battle, Trident represented Kenneth B. Dart, an American investor who is heir to the Styrofoam cup fortune generated by his family's Dart Container Corp. For several years in the late 1990s, Dart battled with Russian oil giant Yukos in a dispute over the dilution of shares of Yukos subsidiaries in which Dart held an interest. That fight ended in a confidential settlement.

It was the kind of battle that can become physically dangerous in Russia...

Nice people and all from USAMEX...

“It was the kind of battle that can become physically dangerous in Russia...”

AND you think he did not know that, yet he went ahead anyway?

Why do you think my final sentance was “He may even be that pissed that he topples the government - if you get my gist!”?

He can easily afford any amount of money to get rid of who he thinks has upset his plans, starting with TMBOA herself.

And who, apart from the Peronist bastards would care in Argentina? I would imagine 30M would rejoice except you. You would be out of a job.

Geez dumburger.....your post is a near identical to that of wikipedia. Do you reference everything for wiki and utube? SO you wiki'd him to find out who he is......then ad-libbed.......smart boy.....lol. You little cubicle must suck spending days to find something to post about.

“In 2003 US IRS took them to court for tax fraud and they ended paying 26m USD to US govt.”

Just on another note, see how real countries handle tax matters.......a summons to court to prove their case against someone, not a tax army making a raid.

    What do you think?

I must admit, I never heard of Dart before this...........not like I pay attention to every billionaire from the USA or wherever. I apparently is the epitome of excess and greed. However, with that being said and because of the type of guy he is, I agree with Chris. Asslips might want to start pulling a Saddam and sleep in a different house every night.

Well, what can you expect when he invests in the country renowned for thieves in the government. I am amazed that he even bothers as he has many other businesses throughout the world.

BTW did the ten years co-incide with the rise of the Dynamic Duo, you know them: Boss eyed Batman and two Yuan whore Robin (as in robbing bastard).

And just why are the crooks of AFIP in there? TMBOA thought she would set the attack dogs on him for being a 'Vulture'.

You are so fucking stupid, can you ask the La Camping-It-Up goons to find the original Dany, the one who thought an automatic SLR was the correct rifle to have!

He also knew a little bit about blob technology (another failed concept in the real world) but he did understand English much better than you (fibber and cooper FFS).

But I suppose he got a real job and has left the shit behind him: good luck to him.

VOIP FFS! Amatuer night in argieland.

I am talking about a 26 node systemwith each optronic switch handling NINE million calls simultaneously (234 MILLION) in INDIA you twat.

AND you have NOT managed the stupid no commercial application 'blob' technology yourself then. BTW I have already seen the 'table' set-up: that will really bring the Chin to the door to learn from the argies NOT.

I don’t know you but I have VOIP service. And you?

Since 2003 VOIP where widely use in corporate business in Argentina and in 2004 more than 1.7M were using the service.
Today VOIP in Argentina represents the 45/50% of total calls.
You can get your VOIP service together with your Cable TV, Internet, etc.

Emulator project had started in 2004 when Pablo Martin developed a software for Ableton.

Anyway The Blob tech have being around since the 80 as a concept and the guy in your video “Jeff Han” has made only one of the thousand MT screen that have been made for experimentation.

    So you point is?

    “So you point is?”

VOIP is not very good in my experience and to compare to a full SDH telecom system with 1.7M against 234M (< 0.75 %) don't make me laugh.

Danny - very useful info, though my gut instinct was already that this was a good thing =) ChrisRadical-right - yes, money is power, but that doesn't mean it will ALWAYS win, if the power of the people is arrayed in organised union against the money power....

#3 “The one million pound loan to Barings Bank in 1824 was defaulted on 1828 and was never repaid”

Didn't the young Benjamin Disraeli lose a lot of money in that particular financial bubble? Maybe that's why the Tories don't like the Argies! Maybe if it makes anyone feel better though they should repay in full now, all one million pounds of it...

#4 Is that dog allegation the reason she released those lovely pictures of her own pooches? Anyway, what nice pets she has, she really is a sweetie =)

#11 “I think CFK gives new meaning to the word “insanity””

I think people like you are redefining the word; it loses its traditional meaning if it can be used to describe the lovely and well adjusted Cristinita =)
