The railroads is a good thing, the deep sea port too, I hope.
I'm not so sure about the open mines, but we also got the Germans bringing eolic power in Artigas and Florida, and that is great.
As for the oil, that is a necessary evil, as we don't have the capacity to deal with that monster ourselves, so selling the contracts is the only option. Petrobras is very much involved, I'm not sure if YPF has any stakes though...
All in all, it's just happening too fast to grasp it all...
We could always ask YPF CEO Miguel Galuccio to come and take the responsibility of running the 'oil' sector for us: I mean, he has done such a stunning job for YPF, NOT.
