It is called the London Inter-bank Offered Rate and for good reason.

France is now positioned financially worse off than the UK in the 1970's, in fact as bad as when the UK were under IMF orders due to the cunts in the Labour Party and their 'mates' the unions fucking the economy up, just like Blair and the cunt Brown:

So they must be perfect for the PIBOR!

    Can't see it happening though.

Of course they are. Incidentally, that's not “European” authorities, it's “Franco-German” authorities. And why would they do this? It's not as though the French know anything about money. Once you've gone through wine, cheese and shagging anyone who'll stand still long enough, you've just about exhausted their potential!

“Libor to come under supervision of EU Paris-based regulator”

Libor, city of london (independent of london), fraud!
Libor, Paris, change of “leadership”, continue with the fraud!
Does anyone believe business will change? Don't be naive, it's business as usual.

latest FRAUD scandal in the city of london = London-based firm ICAP, the world's largest broker of interest-rate swaps. No matter where they go, you have to be naive to “trust” them. Other nations already figured that out, but sadly many naive people in the nations where the fraudsters operate, haven't realized that. Why? They continue to drink the kool-aid, that everything is great (duh, that's why nothing will get solved).

    THE MARKETS ARE RIGGED!

Let's just concentrate on the real “Baddies” here.....:
The progressive Latin-American governments that know exactly what the Anglo Banksters are doing.................. and rebell against them.

    Bad, baad, baaaaad dogs!

    Yep
But they are not all anglo??
Corruption was here with the Romans and is still here today,

And will still be here in a thousand years time,
Unless you are Argentine, [apparently] they are neither dishonest nor corrupt,
Depending on who is telling the story?

As for the idiots in the EU,
All this will do , is push the British nearer and nearer to the exit door.

I like the way that el ThinkoDover seems to believe that Argentine bankers are suddenly going to be any different from any other bankers the world over.

Such naivete is very amusing from somebody who claims so much intelligence, knowledge and worldly-wise attitudes.

    Naive, naive, naive.

Basically London is the place where US bankers do the trades which would be illegal at home. I think its about time that it was cleaned up. This change will be one step to making London respectable.
