This is what we need. Another “approach”. Let's have another decade or two of useless international meetings about how to flush another 30Billion dollars down the toilet.

This new Bolivarian “inclusion” economics, should take the budget and paychecks of these useless elitist international bureaucrats and spread that money out amongst the poor.

If you want to redistribute wealth, take it from wealthy elitists who accomplish nothing instead of taking it from wealthy capitalists who actually move the world forward.

The budget for that useless, do absolutely nothing, UN “de-colonization” committee is another batch of money handed out to useless elitists that may as well be used to give the poor handouts instead.

    What a bunch of fork-tongued, do-nothing, thieves.

yes...yes, we must respect the “human rights” and “fundamental freedoms” of the drug dealers and smugglers in order to address the problem. So let's put head coke farmer, Evil Evo Morales in charge of the new approach. And while we are at it, let's democratize drug smuggling and manufacturing.

It's about the human rights and freedoms of the individual to do what they want with their own body, not murderous drug cartels. Drug prohibition has been used over the years as an excuse to criminalise minorities not as an effort to stamp out drug use. The war on drugs in the USA was a political ploy by the virtuous Nixon and presidents ever since have used it as a political weapon in a worse manner than even he did.

If you simply believe nobody should have the right to consume any drug for recreational use then you must logically advocate banning alcohol, tobacco or even caffeine.

The war on drugs is total bullshit. Nobody should be criminalised and imprisoned for choosing to consume anything.

Ask yourself a simple question. Why is there still an enormous disparity in the USA (even after The Fair Sentencing Act of 2010) between possession of cocaine and crack cocaine and why has the more recent methamphetamine explosion caused the debate to finally shift?

It's not about how dangerous the drugs are - it's about who is taking them.

It was alcohol and guns during the genocide of the central north American indigenous. The opium war was for market share in China. Heroin moved to the fore during the Vietnam war. Cocaine was the drug of free market choice during the Reagan wars in central America. Now Afghanistan has become the number one heroine producer under US military occupation, with the Afghan president's brother as a major out front producer. Let's get the story straight by connecting the dots. Who's always there on the ground floor during the big drug deals?

The best way to deal with this is the well-known “zero tolerance” method. Individual found using narcotics, in possession of narcotics, dealing in narcotics, smuggling narcotics, associated with narcotics, placed against a suitable wall and shot several times through the head. Care should be taken to beat them bloody first, until the bones can be seen, in order to obtain all possible information. No-one to be exempt. Although “political figures” should be suspended and displayed naked for 24 hours. Depending on the severity of the offence, consideration should be given to first chopping off hands and feet, then lower arms and calves, then upper arms and thighs, then disembowlment, then decapitation. Although slicing off the nose and the ears might precede decapitation. Other options should include eye-gouging and impalement. But, very importantly, it should be done publicly. In addition, any member of the public should be able to kill anyone involved in narcotics. Real deterrence!

There aren't any available - all the dealers have cornered the market and are hanging around the dark alleys near your schools waiting to stab your children with them. Be afraid, be very afraid.
