Jun 17th, 2013 - 09:45 am - Link - Report abuse 0All will resist the best possible outcome because the first nation/group of nations to do so will have immense flights of capital, and getting all to do so at the same time is worse than 'herding cats'.
Once again, Britain leads the way. But there are limitations. British Overseas Territories (BOTs) are not colonies. For the most part, all Britain can do is to urge. It can try to persuade. It cannot force. Just goes to show how BOTs take on board British values. Because they recognise those values, their responsibilities, honesty.
