    Those 34 other countries are the size of our states. My state compares with Sweden and Okinawa.

    @1 Ayayay

    “Those 34 other countries are the size of our states. My state compares with Sweden and Okinawa.”

    Not sure why that matters. Not that it is true anyway.

    California 38 million
    Texas 26 million

    There's 32 countries with larger populations than California and 44with a larger population than Texas.

    So doubtful all those 34 countries are comparable as states. Either way with 23 million people I somehow doubt my country's healthcare is comparable to Texas' or to the 16 states it would take to match either.

    It's not about population size. It's about the system. The US has taken a different approach to others and it shows.

    Overall healthcare sucks in the USA.....you can find the best of the best and the worst of the worst and everything in between. My doctors are the only millionaires that I knew. You really have to be an informed patient when choosing a physician and I am.

    Actually bush........Mexicans just squeezed into the number one spot as the fattest. I see those fat fucks......but don't know any. Gyms are also a big business in the USA........and, the margins of fat fucks being #1 and #15 is fairly small......so those who call others fat......check the standards. Most I know like me do a hour a day at the gym.....old habits from the Army stick around.

    Anglotino, my U.S. state is one of the healthiest subregions IN THE WORLD.

    I am saying that if you compare a very. diverse region like the united states, compare to the entirety of the european union, or to UNASUR.

    When you look at the statistics and they are based on BMI's, calling us fat fucks because we are an average 28.4 and Britains are 27.6 and Argentines are 28.2 and so on, hell....fat is fat and having bragging rights because nationally you are 215 pound s and not 223 pounds is hardly a bragging right. The developed world are all fat asses and refuse to workout, eat in moderation and stay away from TV.
