Disclaimer & comment rules... nothing unknown to 'the authorities' and the OAS, but a valuable compilation that might help the OAS nations to operate with some additional coherence.

I guess most people in the Americas know the actual names of those dealing in drugs, so knowing who to target is no problem; but with so many thousands (millions?) 'pulling', it is hard just to 'push'.

I suspect the answer will be 'nothing'.
