Maybe Maduro is not invited due to the doubts about his qualifications to be President of Venezuela. Apparently, there is evidence that he was not born in Venezuela but in Cúcuta, Colombia - it is a requirement that the Venezuelan President MUST be born in Venezuela.

    Perhaps his bus got lost?

It's highly unlikely that Maduro's location of birth will be allowed to be in Colombia - even if it actually was. Capriles would have played this card if there was any chance

As a Brazilian I am proud of the Paraguayan people distancing themselves from communists, not it's time to distance themselves from Dilma who was a terrorist herself in the past and is not much different from maduro, at least she is resent of the most corrupt country in Latin America together with Argentina and Venezuela.

@2 ChrisR - It has been reported widely in the press throughout Latin America that Capriles is following up on this allegation about Maduro's country of birth. Of course, Maduro's supporters are claiming that it is Capriles himself who is generating this “false” information!
